Construction Software That Follows The Whole Contract
From the estimate to the final payment, on one system. Sitewise holds the contract value, what it is costing you, what you have certified to your subs, and what you have billed the client, without any of it living in a spreadsheet.
Built around how contracts actually behave: scope changes, retention is held on both sides, and you bill for what is built rather than what was drawn.
- Estimates
- Job costing
- Retention
- Progress billing
One ledger from estimate to invoice
The accepted estimate becomes the project budget. Labor, materials and subcontracted work post against it as they happen, and every invoice traces back to the costs behind it. Nothing gets typed twice and nothing gets reconciled by hand.

Retention held right, on both sides
Hold retention from your subcontractors through interim payment certificates, and track what your client holds from you. Releases are recorded separately, so the balance is always the real one.

The contract value stays current
Change orders revise the contract, and progress invoices bill against the revised value. You can see the original, what moved, and what it is worth today, without rebuilding a spreadsheet each month.

Contractors Who Stopped Losing Money
Real results from contractors who switched from spreadsheets, ServiceTitan, and the tool juggling chaos.
“Live in 3 days, not 3 months”We almost went with ServiceTitan but the $50K implementation and year-long timeline killed it. Sitewise had us running in a week.
“Mobile app that actually works”My guys work in basements all day. Every other app failed down there. Sitewise works offline and syncs the moment they surface. Game changer.
“Finally know which jobs are profitable”Sitewise showed us we were underwater on 3 of our 'best' customers. We adjusted pricing and increased margins 23% in six months.
“Replaced 5 systems with one”QuickBooks, Excel, paper time tickets and a CRM. Now it's just Sitewise. Saving 15 hours a week on admin alone.
“QuickBooks sync that doesn't break”Our old software's sync failed constantly. Sitewise just works. Invoices flow to QuickBooks automatically.
“Worth every penny”One flat plan against what we were quoted for ServiceTitan? Easy decision. And the support team actually understands contracting.
Questions About Sitewise For Construction Companies
Can I bill in progress against a contract?
Yes. Progress invoices bill against the contract value as work completes, change orders revise that value, and customer retainage is held and released on your terms. Each invoice ties back to the job costs behind it.
Do you produce AIA-style documents?
Not today. Progress invoices carry the contract value, what has been billed and what is retained, but the formal G702 and G703 layout is not there yet. It is on the list, and if an architect on your project requires it, tell us and it moves up.
How do I keep track of what subs are owed?
Interim payment certificates record certified work, retention held and what has been released, per subcontractor across every project. The balance is always current because it is built from the certificates rather than maintained by hand.
Can I ask it questions instead of building a report?
Yes. Copilot reads your live projects, costs and history and answers in plain language, linking to the record it took the answer from. It is included on every plan.
